For most projects, you’ll receive your final edit within 2 weeks of our shoot date, provided we have all your branding assets (logos, graphics, etc.) on hand.
Please keep in mind that turnaround times may vary based on the scale and complexity of the project. If you’re on a tight deadline and need a quicker turnaround, please let us know before we provide your quote so we can discuss expedited editing options and ensure your date is prioritized in our calendar.
The short answer is yes! We exclusively use Artlist to source high-quality, royalty-free music for all our projects. If you have a specific track in mind, please browse their library and send us your top pick before the shoot takes place.
Not sure where to start? No problem. The team at DS90 Media can also curate a shortlist of tracks that fit your project’s energy for you to choose from.
DS90 Media understands that outdoor productions require some flexibility. If the forecast looks unfavorable, we will reach out as early as possible to discuss a reschedule for a clearer day.

DS90 Media retains ownership of all raw footage captured during a shoot. Our service is centered on delivering a polished, professional final product.
However, we understand that some clients may want the raw files for their own archives. If you would like the raw footage included in your delivery, please let us know before we provide your quote so we can account for the additional licensing and file preparation. Once delivered, raw footage will be available for download for 14 days before being archived.
We include two rounds of revisions at no additional cost to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with your vision.
To keep the process efficient, we ask that all feedback for each round be consolidated into one detailed list (via email or document). Please be as specific as possible with your notes! Any requests made after the third version of the video has been delivered will be subject to additional editing fees.
Yes. To ensure the website accurately reflects your brand, we ask that you provide all written content, photography, and branding guidelines (logos, colors, etc.).

Yes! If you’d like the keys to your new site, let us know before your quote is finalized. We can include a one-hour training session to show you how to swap out photos, update text, and manage your blog posts.

Your website will be hosted with a professional third-party hosting company. To ensure the highest level of security and uptime, DS90 Media does not provide private server hosting.
The client is responsible for all hosting costs. However, we don’t leave you to figure it out alone! We currently recommend SiteGround for their superior speed and reliability. As part of our web design service, we offer full setup and configuration of your hosting account to ensure your site is launched correctly.
